Emaho!
The Secret Mantra is called "secret"
Not because it harbors any defect.
But rather it is hid
From narrow minds upon the lower paths.
But you, O King, are fortunate indeed!
With wisdom, breadth of mind, and understanding,
Your samaya and your faith are irreversible;
And with devotion you rely upon your Teacher.
By sensual desire I am utterly unstained,
The fault of carnal longing is unknown to me.
But in the practice of the Secret Mantra
The presence of a woman is required.
She must be faithful, of good lineage,
And pure in her samaya.
She must be fair and excellently wise,
Skilled, and graced with qualities of mercy,
Unreserved in open-handed giving,
A perfect wisdom dakini indeed.
If such a one is lacking,
There will lack the elements that bring about
The ripening and freedom of the mind.
The fruit of practice of the Secret Mantra
Will be slow to come.
Now in Tibet, this land beneath the sun,
Widespread are the devotees of tantric practice.
But those who gain the fruit
Are rare as days tars.
Therefore will I open, Mighty King,
The door of Secret Mantra!

密法何以为秘密 ！
非因其有何缺失，
But rather it is hid
From narrow minds upon the lower paths.
实因对于下士者，
有所隐藏而称之。
But you, O King, are fortunate indeed!
With wisdom, breadth of mind, and understanding,
然王确实具福报！
智慧、心广、悟性故，
可修密乘
Your samaya and your faith are irreversible;
And with devotion you rely upon your Teacher.
三昧耶信心不退，
且对汝师具虔信。
By sensual desire I am utterly unstained,

吾无五根欲染垢，
亦无世俗渴求谬。
But in the practice of the Secret Mantra

唯为修习密乘法，
需有具信明妃伴，

良好家世为必备，
且具纯净三昧耶，

慷慨布施无保留，
贤善智慧空行母。
具信明妃

倘若缺乏此印侣，
即欠元素难以成，
心性成熟或解脱。
The fruit of practice of the Secret Mantra
Will be slow to come.
密法修持之成果，
将会来得实缓慢。

Widespread are the devotees of tantric practice.
今于藏地阳光下，
好修密者遍各处。
But those who gain the fruit
Are rare as day stars.
然其中得成果者，
极其稀少如晨星。
Therefore will I open, Mighty King,
The door of Secret Mantra!
大王，因此吾将启，
进入密乘法之门！
