Thereupon, she   opened the mandalas of the Eight Great Herukas, according to the level of Mahayoga, and   performed the approach stage until she enjoyed the vision of the deities.   Passing then to the stage of accomplishment, she practiced until she became   inseparable from them.

于是，措嘉根据玛哈瑜伽开启《八大嘿鲁嘎》的坛城，并且修持「 近 」的次第，直到本尊现前。接着修持「 修 」的次第，不断修持直到自己与本尊融合无别。

Seated with her   legs in the vajra posture and her hands in the mudra of meditation, she first   beheld the whole array of deities.

她以金刚跏趺座姿端坐，手结定印，首先见到了罗列四方的所有本尊众，

Many signs and   abilitiesa rose, such as blazing lights.

Then she   received the predictions and authorizations of the yidam deities and attained   the eight great ordinary accomplishments.

接着生起了耀眼光芒等诸多征相与能力，

其后她得到禅修本尊的授记与开许，证得八大共通成就。

The supreme   accomplishment came to her as the "vajra-like" concentration and   the concentration of "heroic   fearlessness," and she received the prediction of her final   enlightenment in the expanse   of Samantabhadri.

不共的殊胜成就亦然降临，她证得「金刚喻定」 和 「健行定」，得到授记，表示她将于普贤王佛母的广空中得到究竟证悟。

Then she opened   the mandala of the Lama Gongdu and practiced according to the Anuyoga   transmission.

接着，她开启《上师意集》的坛城，依据阿努瑜伽的口传来修持。

Having gained complete   mastery of her body through mantra, wind-energy,and meditative concentration,   she set the mandala of Lama Gongdu in the root chakras of her body and

由于已从持咒、修气、禅定而完全掌控自身，她这时便将《上师意集》的坛城置于身内的根本脉轮中，

faultlessly   applied the key instructions for the subtle channels, wind-energy and essence-drop,   making them the object of her meditative experience.

毫无谬误地运用脉、 气、明点的关键指示，以脉、 气、明点为禅修觉受之对境。

At first, her subtle channels were   painful, the wind-energy was reversed and the essence (was) stiff and   motionless, but she persevered, refusing to consider as undesirable the   sufferings that were almost killing her.

一开始，措嘉的脉感到痛楚，气成为逆流，明点则僵固不动，但是她坚持不懈，虽然这些疼痛让她几乎死去，她也毫不在乎、不欲阻止。

And so, in due   course, she beheld the vision of the deities and, mastering the subtle   channels, wind energy, and essence-drop, she severed the four streams of   birth, old age, sickness, and death.
