After this, Be Yeshe Nyingpo spoke and asked:

Ema！

Mother, Yeshe Tsogyal,

For me and those like me who wander in samsara,

I pray you, speak some words of guidance.

Still through the blessings of your love

Protect us always. Do not leave!

在这之后，贝.伊喜•宁波开口请求：

嗳玛！

母亲伊喜•措嘉尊，

为自他等轮回众，

祈赐些许教导言，

续以慈爱汝大恩，

永护我等莫离去！

The Lady answered:

Kyeho!

Yeshe Nyingpo, listen!

Ask the Lord, your Teacher, for his blessing;

Ask the yidam for accomplishment;

From the four clans of the dakinis, request activities.

In times of need show forth your signs of power;

This, in brief, is how you should behave.

伊喜•尊女回答道:

嗟吹！

宁波善谛听！

祈请至尊师加持，

祈求本尊赐成就、

四部空行赐事业。

简之必要汝应当，

展现具力诸征兆。

Yeshe Nyingpo, hear me once again!

Foster your disciples through monastic rule;

Others will respect and have recourse to you.

In your practice, strive and persevere in Secret Mantra,

And quickly you will gain accomplishment.

Endeavor in the Dharma, following the Sutras,

And in the teachings' textual tradition you will be a scholar.

Practice on your yidam, combining into one

The stages of approach and of accomplishment,

And any siddhi you desire will come to you.

With the texts of Abhidharma, eradicate your errors;

Thus you will be free, there is no doubt!

伊喜•宁波复诗听！

寺院律行育弟子，

彼众尊敬依靠汝。

汝当精进坚修密，

将能迅速得成就。

致力正法遵佛经，

成为经教传学者。

本尊修持汝当行，

近修次第融为一，

所欲悉地皆可得。 

根除谬解循论藏，

毫无疑惑得解脱！

In your practice, focus on the subtle veins, the energies and essence.

Signs of warmth will swiftly be perfected.

Purify yourself according to the Kriya,

And swift will be the cleansing of your stains.

Strike upon the key point in View, Meditation, Action,

And certainly your true good will be realized.

Meditate upon the fruit, the Great Perfection free from action,

And exhaustion of phenomena, the state beyond all intellect, will be attained.

Have impartial aspiration,

And the good of beings

You will thus complete.

Intellect：理解力

气脉明点专注修，

暖热征兆速圆成。

依据事部行净化，

当可速除汝垢染。

击中见修行要点，

必能了悟眞实善。

修果无作大圆满，

即得诸法竭尽定。

平等无私愿心怀，

汝将圆成利生行。

Ma Rinchen Chok then made this request:

Mother Tsogyal, my Lady and my Guru!

When to the land of Orgyen you have gone away,

What should be our prayers and how should we behave—

The spiritual kindred gathered here?

Teach us the way that we might never part from you.

Kindred：亲戚关系

接着，玛•仁千•秋做出如下请求：

母亲尊女师！

当您离往邬金剎，

我等聚此法眷属，

祈愿行止当如何？

应何方能永不离。

As he spoke he wept, and in reply the Lady said:

Kyeho!

Listen to me now, O yogic adept.

You have now attainment in the mantric way;

And well do you intend the good of beings.

Yeshe Tsogyal, I, a woman,

Through the blessing of the Guru's love,

Have now the fruit complete in all its strength.

Tomorrow I will go away to Orgyen.

in all strength：全力，全然

他边说边流着泪，措嘉回道：

嗟吹！

圆熟瑜伽士诗听！

密乘成就汝已证，

亦善发心利众生。

伊喜•措嘉此女子，

受师慈爱予加持，

已臻全然圆熟果，

明日将往邬金剎。

All you kindred gathered here before me.

Pray, and blessings will arise,

Hold fast the sacred Dharma, your own good to attain,

And labor unconceited for the benefit of beings.

Liberate yourselves by View, by Meditation, and by Action.

聚此吾前众亲等，

祈祷即可获加持，

坚持圣法以自利，

谦卑献身利他行，

以见修行自解脱，

Accompany your prayers with tuneful melody,

Bringing forth devotion from the marrow of your bones.

Meditate upon the Teacher as the glow of your awareness;

When you melt and mingle mutually together,

Taste that vast expanse of nonduality.

There remain.

Marrow：骨髓;

以妙旋律行祈愿，

深自彻骨发虔诚。

观上师为本觉光，

上师自身融一时，

尝此无二宽广空，

等持保任于其处。

And if you know me, Yeshe Tsogyal,

Mistress of samsara and nirvana,

You will find me dwelling in the heart of every being.

The elements and senses are my emanations,

And emanated thence, I am the twelvefold chain of co-production: 

Thus primordially we never separate.

I seem a separate entity

Because you do not know me.

若汝眞识措嘉吾，

轮回涅盘之女主，

即见吾住众心中。

诸大、诸根吾化现，

十二因缘吾即是，

吾等本初未尝离。

若汝视吾为异体，

乃因汝实不识吾。

Therefore find my source and root!

And from within, awareness will arise;

The great and primal Wisdom will be all-pervading.

Bliss of the natural state will gather like a lake,

And Higher Insight, fishes' eyes of gold, will grow and spread.

故当觅得吾根源！

如是本觉自内起，

大本初智遍一切，

自然大乐汇如湖，

慧观增如鱼金眼。

Nurture this production of experience and bliss,

And on the wings of such perfected virtuosity,

You will make the crossing to the other shore.

In meadows of appearance, you will skip and run,

修此觉受与大乐，

熟练善德羽翼上，

汝将得渡至彼岸。

诸法草原上奔腾，

And fly and tilt in the immensity of space.

Within the vast abyss of great primordial Wisdom,

The essence of Great Bliss will well up like a lake,

And deities and drops of light in ravishing display,

And syllables and chains of light will shimmer and pulsate.

With such experience of the Real thus strengthened,

You will seize the stronghold of awareness reaching to its limit.

All dissolves, exhausted, in the primal space,

And thus it is that you will never stray from me.

Pulsate：搏动

虚空广袤中飞翔，

本初智慧广渊中，

大乐明点如海涌，

本尊光点狂喜现，

字母光链微闪跳，

实相觉受若稳固，

占据极至本觉垒。

诸法灭寂本空中，

如是吾等从不离。
