When King Mutri Tsenpo heard that the Lady was staying at Tidro, he sent her an invitation, and so she went to Samye and resided at Chimphu for six years. The religious king, with his retinue of translators, ministers, courtiers, and queens, offered her service and honor.

From all the meditation communities established previously in Chimphu and elsewhere, the mahasiddhas who had achieved their own benefit had departed to work for the welfare of beings, while others, growing old, had passed beyond suffering. Thus these communities were somewhat reduced in numbers.
当年在青埔和别处所建立的禅修团体,现在都出现人数减少的情形,乃因已成就自利的大成就者离去以行利他之事,其他人则因年岁增长而已圆寂离苦。
At the king's command, one thousand five hundred new monks were ordained at a single ceremony by the Indian abbot Kamalashila. The Lady gave them instruction and set them to meditate in Chimphu itself. The practice of all of them was without exception fruitful, and there were many who gained accomplishment and were able to demonstrate signs of their realization.
依照王令,印度方丈莲花戒举行仪式,一次为一千五百名新的出家众授戒,措嘉则给予他们教导,并指示他们在青埔当地进行襌修。他们所有人的修行都无一例外地有了成果,其中许多人证得成就且能展现证悟征象。

Now, at that time, there occurred a controversy between two philosophical theories known as Tonmin and Tsemin. A certain Hashang had propounded a mistaken teaching, which had been opposed and was being suppressed. Because of this, the religious community of Samye was divided.
当时有顿明和渐明两种哲学义理形成争论。一位大乘和尙提出一种错误的教法,受到反对并被压制,因此造成桑耶宗教团体的分裂。
The master Kamalashila had established himself in the temple of Hayagriva, while Hashang had taken up his position in the temple of Maitreya. And for a short time there was controversy.
莲花戒大师驻锡于马头明王寺,大乘和尙则在大慈寺坚持他的主张,一时之间争论不休。
"At this point," the Lady recalled, "I, Tsogyal, together with an entourage of a hundred disciples, came down from Chimphu in order to make the peace. But as they did not listen to me, I displayed many miracles with the result that both the Tonmin and Tsemin factions began to have faith in me and were reconciled. Thenceforward a new religious law was proclaimed (,) enjoining practice according to the tradition of Master Kamalashila.

Master Hashang and his followers were loaded with gold and sent back to China, their native country. The great religious king expanded all the religious communities at Lhasa, Samye, Trandruk, and so on, causing thirteen thousand to enter the monastic order.
大乘和尙大师和其追随者被给予许多黄金,并送回他们的故乡汉地。伟大的虔敬之王扩展了拉萨、桑耶、昌珠等多处的宗教圑体,使得一万三千人皈依受戒。
"And I, Tsogyal, while living at Chimphu, became a well-spring of teachings and instructions for the original disciples of the Guru, the new monks, my own disciples, and all who had faith in Guru Rinpoche—from Ngari, Mangyul, Purang, Mon, Tsang, Jar, Loro, Kongpo, the four provinces of Central Tibet, the four northern provinces, Dokham Gangdruk, from China, Jang, Hor, Menyak, and other lands.
「当措嘉我安居青埔时,成为佛法教导和修行指示的源泉,教授的对象遍及上师原先的弟子、新的出家众、我自己的弟子,以及所有对莲师具有信心者—他们来自阿里、芒域、普兰、门、蠄、嘉、楼柔、工布、卫藏四省、北方四省、多康六岗, 从汉地、姜、霍尔、门雅以及其他国家前来。
Thus my work for the sake of beings became as boundless as the sky, and the lineages of my disciples, the disciples of the Lady, have covered and filled the world."
