Then with many prostrations and circumambulations, Kalasiddhi, the girl from Nepal, made this request:

Ah, Mother,

When you have withdrawn into the womb of space,

How shall they fare who practice the deep path

Of Mantrayana in Tibet?

Who will scatter obstacles and nurture progress?

Continue to protect Tibet with loving mercy!

来自尼泊尔的女孩卡拉悉地于诸多礼拜和绕行之后，做此请求：

啊，母尊！

汝将摄入虚空胎，

藏修密者怎维生？

谁能除障且增上？

请续慈悲护藏地。

The Lady Tsogyal answered:

Kyema!

Listen, daughter of the lineage!

Born for Mantra, youthful maid endowed with siddhi.

Revealing perfect Dharma to all wandering beings,

You, endowed with freedoms, are engraced with bodhichitta!

All those gathered here, and all in future time,

Who practice the profound and mantric way,

Must first select a true authentic teacher.

From this master who has every mark and quality,

Beseech empowerment, offering true commitment.

Train the subtle veins and winds till you have mastery.

措嘉尊女答道：

嗟玛！

传承女嗣且谛听！

为密乘生悉地女，

为流转众揭正法，

暇满严饰菩提心！

所有聚集此处众，

以及未来修密者，

首当择取诚正师，

眞实具诸相功德，

其次立誓求灌顶，

修习气脉至精熟。

Request the third initiation and train upon desire;

For six months practice the Four Joys, or till

The signs reveal themselves within your body.

Blend and mingle energies of male and female.

Rely upon the skillful merging of the winds, above, below—

Male assisting female, female helping male.

All should do according to their measure.

Progress, persisting in the virtuosity of bliss.

求第三灌贪入道，

修行四喜达六月，

或至征兆体内生，

男女风息交相融，

善巧融合上下风，

藉此男女各相助，

当自量度求进展，

坚修大乐善巧法。

But if there is no mingling of bliss with voidness,

All is useless and the path of Mantra is forsaken.

Taste rather bliss and voidness, as they rise, united!

Guard samaya with your partner as you would your eyes.

Take your artful pleasure with the five samaya substances

And train to perfect skill, not squandering your essence.

Counter the dark forces that bring hindrances,

And, should faults occur, be swift to make amends.

Squander：挥霍

然若乐未合于空，

偏离密乘无利益；

乐空起时双运尝。

与伴守誓如护眼，

享五誓物妙悦乐，

技熟圆修守明点，

破斥障难黑暗力，

若违誓当速修复。

Do not let your bodies stray, distracted, into mediocrity.

Distracted, you will be like common men and women.

Meditate with vigor

And with the perfect self-esteem of deities—

Know that in the chakras of the veins are deities and retinues.

勿迷涣散于凡庸，

一失正念如俗偶。

盈满活力行观修，

持信圆满本尊慢，

本尊主眷驻脉轮。

As for speech, endeavor with the subtle energies of Secret Mantra.

Without control of energy, the sexual act is commonplace.

Strike the vital point through exercise of pulling up and spreading,

Transfix it with the nail and seal of voidness.

Commonplace：[常用单数形式] an event, etc. that happens very often and is not unusual 常见的事；平常的事

Transfix: 刺穿; 钉住

于语勤修密风息，

未控则沦成凡媾。

上提、扩展击要处，

空性、钉印以持守。

Your mind must mingle with the essence.

If essence of the secret center is discharged,

The killing of a Buddha is the karma you will generate.

Attain therefore to mastery by every means.

自心当与明点合，

然若密处明点漏，

汝即造犯杀佛业-

故当竭力精熟控。

Concentrate upon the key point of this practice on desire,

Or else the Secret Mantra is devoid of meaning.

The Great Bliss is perfected as the fruit of passion;

Devoid: 缺乏，没有

专注以贪修道要，

若否密乘失其义。

胜乐圆成为贪果，

Afterward preserve this state and do not alter it,

Guarding your samaya as you would your living body.

If you spoil it, there is none you can confess to.

Such, then, are my counsels for your meditation.

此后持守果不变。

如命守护三昧耶，

毁坏无人可供忏。

此为襌修吾忠告。

You who enter through the door of Secret Mantra,

Bury underground ambition and conceit,

Throw into the river pride and ostentation,

Burn your lust and craving in the fire,

Throw out fame and misbehavior on the wind,

And into space dissolve pretense and trickery!

Hide your secret practices from others' eyes.

Do not reveal the secret teachings; keep them close.

已入密乘法门者，

野心自满埋地底，

骄傲卖弄扔河里，

欲望渴求入火焚，

美名恶行抛风中，

虚矫诡诈掷虚空。

他人眼目外秘修，

密法勿泄紧密存，

Conceal, and do not show, the signs of warmth. 

Hold firmly to the yidam, the Three Roots unified.

Do not halt the stream of sacred feast and torma offerings.

Always guard, for others' sake, your love and bodhichitta,

And always dedicate your merit, free of concepts.

暖热兆示藏勿炫，

紧持本尊三合体。

食子荟供如流续，

慈爱、菩提利他护。

三轮体空尽回向。

All this is but your general scope of practice.

Ah, Siddhi, let it sink into your heart!

You and I possess a single nature,

Our emanations will protect all future beings.

修行概要略为此。

悉地容其渗入心！

汝具与吾同一性，

化身共怙未来众。
