The son of Kharchenpa, the founder of a large community of Bon, was Kharchen Zhonupa, whose son was Kharchen Dorje Gon, whose son, in turn, was Kharchen Pelgyi Wangchuk. At the age of fifteen years, Kharchen Pelgyi Wangchuk took to wife Getso of the clan of Nub, and assumed the burden of the chieftainship, for his father died. His heart inclined to Buddha dharma, and following the word of the king, he introduced the Doctrine to his subjects.

卡千巴
The son of Kharchenpa, the founder of a large community of Bon, was Kharchen Zhonupa,
卡千巴的儿子为卡千•哲努巴，当时国内有很多信奉原始苯教的教徒，
whose son was Kharchen Dorje Gon, whose son, in turn, was Kharchen Pelgyi Wangchuk.
哲努巴的儿子是卡千•多杰•艮，多杰•艮的儿子则为卡千、佩吉•旺秋。
少年丧父
