一、分句对译

Then the lady Dorje Tso of Shelkar spoke and asked:

Kyema!

Mother of this whole Tibetan kingdom,

Mistress specially of me, who trust in you.

No other will there be for me if you depart.

Have mercy on me, do not cast me off.

Take me with you to the land of Lotus Light!

But if, too laden with my heavy deeds,

I cannot follow in your footsteps,

Grant, I beg you, teachings and instructions in abundant measure.

雪卡的多杰•措女士接着开口问道：

嗟玛！

遍全藏地王guo母，

尤以具信吾女主，

尊离后则无人助。

且莫抛下请怜我，

偕同前往莲花光！

若吾重业致拖累，

难能跟随尊步履，

但乞广裕教法示。

Her voice was shaken with weeping and she fainted away in despair. When she had awakened from her swoon, the Lady said:

Emaho!

Faithful maid of Shelkar, listen,

Dakini of wisdom, Dorje Tso!

This body, formed of flesh and blood,

This lowly body, laden with the weight of matter,

The way for it to voyage through the sky

Is meditation on the subtle veins and energies.

If you win dominion over energy and mind—

"Accomplishment," so called, is nothing else than that.

她的声音由于哭泣而颤抖，并因绝望而昏厥。当她清醒后，措嘉说：

嗳玛吹！

雪卡具信女谛听，

智慧空行多杰措！

此身血肉所形成，

卑贱粗物致重累，

若为使其越天际，

当致力修脉与气。

若气与心能得控，

此即成就别无他。

Minds beset by five deceitful poisons

Give rise to personalities untamed and barbarous.

If you wish to cleanse the crassness of your thoughts,

If you wish to gain enlightenment,

Rest firmly in the View of Mahamudra.

Primal Wisdom, emptiness, unveiled and free—

So-called "Buddhahood" is nothing else than that.

心受欺诈五毒苦，

粗蛮人性因而生。

若望清除粗重念，

若汝希冀获证悟，

大印之见坚定安。

无蔽自在本智、空，

此即「佛果」别无他。

This imperfect form so treacherous,

Is ground and basis of all good and ill.

If you wish that it be worn away, to gain the rainbow body,

Practice Ati, Great Perfection.

If you reach the level where phenomena

Exhaust themselves and wear away in suchness,

There is nothing but Self-Presence free from action.

奸猾有漏此色身，

为诸善恶之基地。

若望消褪证虹身，

当修阿底大圆满。

一旦达此，

则诸法竭尽灭寂入眞如，

无作「自显」唯仅存。.

There is no other way to voyage through the sky.

Therefore, for a while, until your coarse flesh has been purified,

I am destitute of means to bring you to the land of Lotus Light.

Therefore give your ears to my teaching.

Supplicate and pray to your root guru,

With pure vision, faith, and strong devotion,

Never for an instant thinking

She's a friend on equal terms.

翱游天际无他法。

汝粗重身未净前，

吾难带往莲花光，

故当听取吾教示：

礼敬祈祷根本师，

净观、具信、眞虔敬，

剎那亦莫奈思量,

上师为汝平等友。

Request her blessing and the four empowerments.

Meditate upon her vivid presence,

Never parted from you in the center of your heart.

Mingle your three doors with hers, inseparable.

As you meditate, remain in Mahamudra,

Otherwise preserve your Higher Insight.

祈赐加持与四灌，

观师生动明显现，

永不离于汝心中。

与师身语意合一，

襌修安住大手印，

否然即持守慧观。

Diligently cultivate the union of bliss and emptiness,

That meditation might progress and grow.

Detached, bring objects of desire upon the path.

Pursue the Great Perfection full of confidence;

Attain the ground of Ati where phenomena exhaust themselves.

乐空双运精勤修，

如是襌修得增上。

离执且转贪入道，

诚信求得大圆满，

证诸法寂阿底基。

Henceforth and for eleven of your lives to come,

Your skillful means will train the beings of Tibet.

Thereafter you will go to Lotus Light,

Renowned as Dorje Dechen Pema Tso,

Thence to send out emanations.

此后再经十一世，

善巧教化藏地众。

尔后前往莲花光，

多杰德千贝玛措，

其处扬名放化身，

With bhikshu Namkhai Nyingpo, Essence of the Sky,

You will be joined as means and wisdom.

And wild hordes scattered

Numberless in barbarous lands,

Will have you for their teachers, helped beyond all telling.

horde：一大群人

偕同南开宁波僧，

方便智慧俩结合，

为彼野地难计量,

四散蛮族游牧民，

汝俩救度言难兹。

Namkhai Nyingpo will be known as Ching

(And Che Jing Mir Gen will in fact be called),

And you will be the consort of his body

And live for thirteen times ten thousand human years.

After this, upon the mount of Lotus Light,

You will never be divided from the lord your Guru.

南开以庆名著称，

实称澈庆米尔根，

汝将为彼身明妃，

寿命十三万人岁。

此后莲花光山上，

汝与怙师永不离。
