仲敦巴尊者曾说过：“在整个世界上，我是最卑劣的人。”

The Venerable Dromtönpa once said, “In this whole world, I am the most lowly person.” 

阿底峡尊者也说：“自己若有学问，就会特别谦虚地对待别人。”

The Venerable Atisha also said, “If one is learned, one will be especially humble.” 

这些具有殊胜功德、远离一切过患的大成就者，对所有众生尚且一视同仁、十分谦逊，

These greatly accomplished masters, who possessed sublime virtues and were free of any imperfection, were humble and saw all beings as equals. 

我们凡夫的过患如尘垢一样多，又凭什么理直气壮地傲气冲天呢？

As ordinary beings whose flaws are as numerous as dust motes, what right do we have to be so full of pride?

极为傲慢、自以为是的人，往往是中了魔王的花箭，

Extremely arrogant and self-righteous people tend to get shot by the demon king’s flower arrow. 

因此，我们千万不要认为自己高人一等，

We must never believe ourselves to be above others. 

而应学会谦虚、低调，就像被驯服的骏马，不管是什么人，都可以让他骑在自己身上，恭敬地为别人做事情。

Rather, we should learn to be humble and restrained, like a well-trained steed that allows anyone to ride it, and respectfully serve others.

总之，一切万法在胜义中犹如虚空，

In short, in ultimate reality, all phenomena are like empty space. 

没有任何贪嗔烦恼，

There is no craving, anger, or other affliction. 

但在世俗中，如幻如梦的显现也是不灭的。

In conventional reality, however, illusory and dreamlike manifestations do not disappear. 

若以大圆满的窍诀来调伏自心，懂得诸法本体无实有，

If we tame our minds with the pith instructions of the Great Perfection, we will understand that all phenomena have no intrinsic existence. 

所见所闻都是大空性，

Everything we see and hear is of great emptiness. 

同时在名言中，整个轮回还可以显现，以幻化八喻来对待一切。

At the same time, on the conventional level, all of samsara can still manifest, so we regard it all with the eight similes of illusion. 

这就是大中观、大圆满的观点，也是文殊菩萨大悲化现的“智慧宝剑”。

This is the view of the great Middle Way and the Great Perfection, and it is also the sword of wisdom emanated by the bodhisattva Manjushri's great compassion.

运用这把智慧宝剑，我们就能断除我执烦恼，摧毁无明愚痴。

Wielding this sword of wisdom, we can banish attachment to the self and afflictions, and we can destroy ignorance and delusion. 

若能根除无明愚痴，就像架子的三只脚断了一只，另两只脚也无法支撑一样，整个魔宫将会彻底坍塌，

If ignorance and delusion can be uprooted, then, like a three-legged stool that has one broken leg and cannot remain upright, the entire demon palace will collapse. 

从此任何魔众都对你无法加害！

From then on, no demon can do you harm!
