梵语duh!khe dharma-jn~a^na-ks!a^ntih!。八忍之一。亦即观三界之四谛，所发十六心之一。于缘观欲界之苦谛而得苦法智之前位时，所起之无漏法智忍（即无间道智）。忍即信；信理而不疑之智，是为得苦法智之因，称为苦法智忍。（参阅‘见道’3000、‘苦智’3947）
