"Once again   and in the same way, in the sixty-one Buddha-fields of the red mandala that   is in the navel, in the midst of the sixty-one herukas in union with their   consorts and surrounded by their retinues,

「以同样的方式，于脐间六十一红坛城此净土中，有六十一尊嘿鲁嘎与佛母双运，周围有眷众环绕，

their sovereign   the red heruka, in union with his consort, bestowed me an introduction to the   Primordial Wisdom of Coemergent Joy,

中央嘿鲁嘎主尊，红嘿鲁嘎佛父母赐给我『俱生喜』 的本智开示。

whereby the   defiled consciousness with its impure grasping and the habitual tendencies of the   body, speech, and mind were purified in equal measure.

染污识及其不净执取和身、 语、意的习气都一同被净化。

I realized the   aspects of the path of   Perfect Purity, and, having the ability to work for the benefit of   infinite universes in the ten directions, I received the secret name of   ThayeYeshe Tsogyal: Tsogyal Boundless Wisdom."

我了悟到圆净道各支分，并能利益十方的无量大千世界。我得到密名：无边智慧之措嘉(泰耶•伊喜•措嘉)。

The Guru said:   'For seven days endeavor in the practice of the four Wisdoms in the absolute mandala of the   Four Joys, taking the four self-empowerments.

「上师说。『以七日之期，藉四种自灌，于四喜之根本坛城中，力修四智。

Then, in reverse   order, meditate on pleasure as Primordial Wisdom.'

接着，倒转顺序，禅观乐受即是本智。』
