"These then   are the samayas of Body, Speech, and Mind together with the ten secrets: the   samayas of Body connected with the teacher and the four categories of   disciples;

「这些就是『 身 』三昧耶、 『语』三昧耶、 『意』和十密戒的三昧耶：『身』的三昧耶与上师和四类弟子有关；

samayas of   Speech referring to the three types of mantra and the four mudras; finally,   the four outer secrets, the four inner secrets, the appropriate and the   entrusted secrets.

『语』的三昧耶是三种咒语和四种手印，最后是四外密、四内密、专属密和所托密。

All these I   received from the Teacher, and I kept them purely without letting them spoil   for a fraction of a second, even down to the tiniest imaginable particle.

这些，我全都受自上师，且清净持守，即使一瞬间，也毫无小如微尘的毁损。

"The   Precious Teacher also taught me the twenty-five branch samayas.

「此外，珍贵导师也教导我二十五支分的三昧耶戒。

First, the   samayas of the five actions to be performed: union, liberation, stealing,   lying, and harsh speech; then, the five samayas of substances to be eagerly   accepted: excrement, bodhichitta, flesh, blood, and urine;

首先是五应行，要做到这五行：杀、盗、 淫、 妄、恶口，接着是五乐受，要热切纳受这五物：粪、 精、 肉、 血、 尿；

the five samayas   of objects to be meditated upon: the five Buddha Families, the five wisdoms,   the five Buddhas, their five Consorts, and the five Bodies;

五应修，要禅修这五对境：五方佛部、五智、五方佛父、五方佛母，以及五身，

then the five   samayas of emotions not to be rejected: desire, hatred, stupidity, pride, and   envy;

接着是五不舍，不当拒斥这五毒。贪、 瞋、 痴、 慢、 疑;

finally,the five   samayas of knowledge objects: the five aggregates, five elements, five sense   powers, five sense objects, and five colors.

最后是五应知，要知道这五种：五蕴、五元素、五根(感官力)、五尘(感受境) 、五色。

As for the   detailed samayas explained in other texts, I received those also.

至于其他典籍所说的详细三昧耶，我也皆有领受。

Not even for a   single second did I fail to uphold the slightest samaya.

即使一刻，我也未曾失守最细微的三昧耶。

Therefore, the   Master of Orgyen held me continuously in his compassion, and I entered the   mandala of the unsurpassable Secret Mantra.

因此，鄢金大师不断以悲心护守我，而我进入了无上的密乘坛城。

The door of the   Secret Mantra is empowerment; and of empowerment, samayas are the root. This   is why I have explained them.

灌顶是进入密乘之门。而对灌顶而言，三昧耶是其根本。这就是为何我要解释三昧耶之因。」
