The Master and his Consort, Arya Sale, and the three translators set off together for Samye. When they arrived at Zhodro, the Guru told the three to go on ahead and instruct the great king to prepare a reception; he and the other two would follow. So the three Tibetans went ahead and announced to the king the imminent arrival of the Master, advising him that it was necessary to go and receive him.There upon the ministers of Tibet murmured together. "This so-called Padmasambhava," they said, "is like the sky; nothing can destroy him. He is like a stream of water; no sword can harm him. He is like a mass of flames; his body burns and sparkles. He is like the wind; we cannot seize him. He seems to be really present but it is as if there were nothing there. Let us conspire nothing against him for the moment; let us rather fall in with the decisions of this Buddhist king. But if that wayward queen of ours comes along too and doesn't get what she deserves, the royal power will be undone." "Now, all this was known to Guru Rinpoche," the Lady recalled, "and he declared: 'Secret Mantra abounds in skillful means, so naturally there is no difficulty.' So saying, he caused me, the woman Tsogyal, to appear to the eyes of others as his three-pronged trident. And so we arrived at Zhodar, where Takra Gungtsen, the representative of the pious king, came to meet us with a company of a hundred great ministers on horseback."In due course, the party arrived at Samye, where, before the gate of the great stupa, the king, his ministers, and the court performed an elaborate ceremony of welcome. The king prostrated to the Guru and offered him a golden carafe swathed in a piece of white silk and filled to the brim with fresh ricewine. Then the Guru spoke. 'Now,' he said, 'the Secret Mantra is new and has great power. But though it will spread, in times to come it will be abused and will not be fruitful.' So saying, he entered the central sanctuary. The Tibetan courtiers noticed that Tsogyal was absent and that an Indian servant had been brought along instead. The king reflected that since Tsogyal was not there, his request for the Secret Mantra teachings would be marred by difficulties. Thus he asked the PreciousTeacher where she was, for he wanted to see her again. 'Great Guru,' he said, 'where is Tsogyal? Why has she not come, and how might I find her? Is this Indian boy your disciple?'"A smile played upon the lips of the Great Guru and he sang:
Kyema Ho!
Bodhisattva, Dharma King,
The true condition of this form of mine is space,
And who can count the powers of the master of thiselement?
Into space the maiden Tsogyal has withdrawn,
Abiding at the boundary of samsara and nirvana.
This form of mine brings forth appearances,
And nothing is there that it cannot do.
The maiden Tsogyal went into the space of Dharmakaya
And dwells now in Samantabhadri's sphere.
Bliss-voidness is this form of mine,
The magic power of voidness leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
To the sphere of bliss and voidness the maiden Tsogyalwent,
And dwells now in the blissful mansion of the triple Kaya.

Teaching and Instruction
前往桑耶
The Master and his Consort, Arya Sale, and the three translators set off together for Samye. When they arrived at Zhodro, the Guru told the three to go on ahead and instruct the great king to prepare a reception; he and the other two would follow.
莲花生大士与明妃、圣萨雷、三名译师一同出发,前往桑耶。当他们抵达宙卓时,上师吩咐三名译师先行前往通知大王准备迎驾,上师和其他两人将随后而至。
So the three Tibetans went ahead and announced to the king the imminent arrival of the Master, advising him that it was necessary to go and receive him.There upon the ministers of Tibet murmured together.

因此,三名藏人就出发前行,向国王宣告大师即将到来,国王应前往迎接。于是,藏地的大臣们立即交头接耳、窃窃私语。

Let us conspire nothing against him for the moment; let us rather fall in with the decisions of this Buddhist king.

莲师神变

「那时,莲师立即洞悉这一切, 」措嘉尊女回忆道, 「于是他就宣布:『密乘具有丰富的善巧方便,因此自然不会有什么困难。』
So saying, he caused me, the woman Tsogyal, to appear to the eyes of others as his three-pronged trident.
上师这么说的时候,他把我措嘉这个女子变成了他的三叉天杖,显现在他人眼前。

Thus he asked the Precious Teacher where she was, for he wanted to see her again. 'Great Guru,' he said, 'where is Tsogyal? Why has she not come, and how might I find her? Is this Indian boy your disciple?'
于是就询问珍贵导师措嘉人在何处,因为他想要再次见到措嘉。『伟大上师, 』王说, 『措嘉今在何处?为何她并未前来?我如何能寻得她?此名印度男孩是您的弟子吗?』。
上师答复
"A smile played upon the lips of the Great Guru and he sang:
Kyema Ho!
Bodhisattva, Dharma King,
The true condition of this form of mine is space,
And who can count the powers of the master of this element?
Play upon: 在…荡漾
「伟大上师的嘴角泛出一抹微笑,唱道:
嗟玛吹!
法王菩萨请谛听,
实为虚空吾色身,
空大上师力何多?
Into space the maiden Tsogyal has withdrawn,
Abiding at the boundary of samsara and nirvana.
This form of mine brings forth appearances,
And nothing is there that it cannot do.
The maiden Tsogyal went into the space of Dharmakaya
And dwells now in Samantabhadri's sphere.
措嘉女已入虚空
住于轮涅相交界。
真诸显现吾色身,
无所不能皆得行。
措嘉已至法身空,
安住普贤母剎土。
Bliss-voidness is this form of mine,
The magic power of voidness leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
To the sphere of bliss and voidness the maiden Tsogyalwent,
And dwells now in the blissful mansion of the triple Kaya.
即为乐空吾色身-
空性妙力满诸愿。
措嘉已至乐空界,
安住三身大乐宫。
