Soft outside but inside hard as grit,
Kharchu's wife, my girl, you will become!
And Tsogyal said:
Graced with freedom and endowment,
This human form so difficult to find!
But is it hard to find a body such as yours,
Doing only evil,
Scarcely even man?
Kharchu's wife why should I be?
Again the minister beat her with scourges until her body was mangled and bloody.
Finally Tsogyal could bear it no longer; and standing up, she went away with him.

大臣驳斥

大臣香提巴驳斥道：

女人！汝之外相诚美丽，内在却全皆腐朽！

因汝肤色之秀丽，成为吾主之祸事！

外柔内刚如沙砾，汝将成吾卡秋妻！
措嘉回驳
And Tsogyal said:
措嘉说：
Graced with freedom and endowment,
This human form so difficult to find!
天赋暇满之恩赐，
见此人身实困难！
But is it hard to find a body such as yours,
Doing only evil,
Scarcely even man?
汝身怎能算难得，
除恶之外无它行，
即便男身中亦稀？
Kharchu's wife why should I be?
何以吾应嫁卡秋？
再次鞭打
Again the minister beat her with scourges until her body was mangled and bloody.
大臣再次鞭打，直到她全身血肉模糊。
无奈妥协
Finally Tsogyal could bear it no longer; and standing up, she went away with him.
最后，措嘉痛苦难忍，只好起身随他离去。
