"I, the woman Tsogyal, performed the practice of Vajrakila with the youth Pelgyi Senge, and before long we saw the deities of the mandala and gained accomplishment. We were then introduced, by means of empowerment and sadhana, to Phurba Chindu, which is related to the root texts of Vajrakumara. Its upper section is a method for attaining enlightenment, a peaceful sadhana related to Vajrasattva, while its lower section, a method for applying the various activities such as 'liberation,'is that of the Dukphur Nakpo, the 'liberating' activity of which is linked with the Kila Sons.
"Then our Guru said, 'I, Padmasambhava, possess no teaching on the cycle of Vajrakila more profound than this. Practice it and draw upon its strength! When you have done so, transmit part of it orally and the rest conceal as a Treasure.'"Afterwards, he introduced us to the mandalas of TsepameOkyi Trengwa, Dorje Trengwa, Sangiva Kundu, Gyalwa Kundu,Lhachik. Pumchiky and sixty-two long-life deities. And so, Pelgyi Dorje and I, vajra kindred, undertook the practice, without straying into laziness even for a moment. And thus we beheld the vision of all the deities and accomplished with ease the level of the vidyadhara of immortality."
It was at that time that Yeshe Tsogyal brought down the wicked Bonpos, but this, as well as her last austerities, will be recounted later. From Kailash to Jam ling, on twenty-five ranges of snow mountains, in eighteen important holy places and in a hundred and eight lesser sites, twelve great hidden lands, seven places of wonder, five secret enclaves, and seven million Treasure grounds, in every corner of Tibet she practiced in a way that surpasses the imagination. Some of this will be spoken of later, but that this book might not become too long, it will not be told in detail.
