"Then the   Guru said: The time has come to confer the inner aspect of the outer empowerment.   Lay out the mandala seven times as before.'

「随后上师说：『授予外灌顶之内灌的时候到了。如先前一般，摆设坛城七次。』

"So, seven   times I laid out the mandala with joy and devotion and offered it, saying:

「因此，我以欢喜心与虔敬心，七次摆设、供养坛城，说道：

Emaho!

My body is Mount   Meru, king of mountains,

My limbs (are) the   four surrounding continents.

The lotus of   Great Bliss is ground

Of both samsara   and nirvana equally.

嗳玛吙

吾身山王须弥山！

四肢环山四大洲，

大乐莲花为地基，

此基轮涅平等俱。

For sake of   beings, lovingly accept

This peerless   mandala of Great Felicity.

为众生而慈爱受，

胜妙无比此坛城。

"The Guru   was pleased, and his great peals of laughter, echoing and reechoing around,   rocked the three levels of the world, causing them to tremble and shake.

「上师感到欣喜，隆隆的笑声一再回响共鸣，撼动了三层世界，使得它们震动摇晃。

He arose in the form   of the Padma Heruka, ferocious and strong, and the heruka of the secret sign,   stimulated through   the furious sound   of the syllables Ha Ha! Hi Hi! penetrated the lotus, the Consort's womb.  

他现出莲花嘿鲁嘎的身相，勇猛强壮；密示的嘿鲁嘎受到字母『哈哈！嘻嘻！』的愤怒声所刺激，进入莲 花，明妃的子 宫。

I assumed the countenance of Varahi and   the Guru's Body arose as the mandala of heruka Hayagriva, the lord of countless   wrathful Buddhas.

我转为亥母的容貌，上师的『 身 』生起无量忿怒诸佛之主嘿鲁嘎马头明王的坛城。

Thus it was that   the mandala called the Heart Essence of Hayagriva, the Tamdrin   Nyingtik, was opened, and empowerment bestowed.

如此，《马头明王心髓》（裳骏宁体）的坛城就这样开启并赐灌。
