作为上层管理人员，无论上师还是高官，都必须具足世间和出世间的智慧，

As a high-level manager, whether you are a Dharma teacher or a senior official, you must possess both worldly and transcendent wisdom.

高瞻远瞩，善于取舍因果，处理问题不能有偏袒之心。

Stand high and see far,be skilled at acting in accordance with the principle of cause and effect, and be unbiased when resolving issues.

尤其当自己经手一些财物时，千万不能贪污。

In particular, when you handle property and wealth, you must never misappropriate them.

要知道，占便宜是一种颠倒因果的行为，

To profit at others’ expense is to act contrary to cause and effect.

哪怕你平时行为正直、生性慈悲，

Even if your walk is ordinarily upright and your disposition naturally compassionate and kind,

但若不重视这些因果，到头来也终将毁了自己。

if you do not place great importance on cause and effect, you will only cause your own ruin in the end.

毕竟，损失财物只是暂时的痛苦，

After all, financial loss is only a temporary suffering;

损坏名声是一生的痛苦，

loss of reputation is a single-lifetime suffering;

损害因果则是生生世世的痛苦。

but harmful actions that do not accord with the principle of cause and effect will create suffering in life after life.

所以，就算你没有财富也没关系，没有名声也无所谓，

Therefore, it does not matter if you do not possess wealth or fame,

但千万不要失坏了自己的因果正见。

but you must never lose the correct view on cause and effect.

愚笨的人总是贪著眼前小利，

The foolish always obsess over minute, short-term gains,

有智慧的人则会作长远打算，

but the wise plan for the long term.

追求自身功德的完善，才是一切幸福圆满的因。

Only the pursuit of perfecting one’s merit and virtue is the cause of all happiness and perfection.

所以，不管是什么人，最好不要贪执财物，

So no matter who you are, it is best not to cling to wealth.

而应经常思维无常，取舍因果小心翼翼，

Instead, reflect often on impermanence and cautiously choose actions according to the principle of cause and effect.

这样才能令自己越来越安乐！

Only this can lead you to greater peace and happiness!
