作为居士和出家人，希望大家不要业际颠倒！

I hope that everyone, whether lay or monastic, will lead a lifestyle that is not perverted.

什么是业际颠倒呢？

What is included in a perverted lifestyle?

比如，不努力闻思修行，

For example, not studying, reflecting, or practicing the Dharma with diligence,

经常破坏戒律，失毁自己的誓言；

and frequently violating precepts and breaking one’s vows.

又如，不愿好好学法，经常跑到各地化缘，营谋私利，

Or, unwilling to study the Dharma seriously, instead going here and there to beg for alms and pursuing self-interested gain,

或者返回故乡，协助家人搞世间法，

or returning to one’s hometown and assisting family members in worldly pursuits.

这都属于业际颠倒。

These all belong to a perverted lifestyle.

我们一切的痛苦和快乐，其实是各自业力造成的。

Our every suffering and happiness is in reality created by our own karma.

尤其痛苦的根本，就是贪嗔痴三毒。

Particularly, the root of suffering is none other than the three poisons of craving, anger, and delusion.

龙猛菩萨也说：“贪嗔痴及彼，所生业不善；无有贪嗔痴，及彼生业善。”

The bodhisattva Nagarjuna said, “Craving, anger, delusion, and the karma born of these are all unwholesome;the absence of craving, anger, delusion, and the karma born of these are all wholesome.”

要知道，我们日常的言行举止、起心动念中，掺杂了贪嗔痴的都是恶业，

You must know that in our daily speech, actions, and thoughts, whatever is tainted by craving, anger, and delusion is all unwholesome karma.

断除了贪嗔痴的才是善法。

Only that which has cut off craving, anger, and delusion is virtuous Dharma.

因此，想方设法断除贪嗔痴，对每个人来讲至关重要。

Thus, seeking all means to banish craving, anger, and delusion is vitally important to all of us.

只有远离了这三毒，才能从根本上得到暂时和究竟的安乐！

Only when we are free from these poisons can we ever attain ultimate, deep-rooted happiness and peace!
